Pace is an AI native language learning service designed for multilingual and low-literacy learners. They are developing the only AI agent specifically created for the ESL context, fast-tracking language acquisition for technical training and essential skills. Not only do they personalize learning based on an individual’s level and language, but they customize the “last mile” support to meet their unique needs.
Pace targets federally funded agencies such as community colleges and also licenses their AI engine to power publisher’s transformation. The founders are meticulous, thoughtful, and incredibly intense in their execution, finding great traction in a market that has, until now, been completely underserved.
Founders
Victoria’s background is in applied machine learning, having conducted research at Microsoft Research. She also has a strong foundation in applied math from her time at MIT (where she’s a PhD dropout).
My is a product leader with a great track record building popular mobile apps, including as CPO at ELSA Speak. Four of her apps have appeared on the Top-100 Grossing of Google Play and the App Store.
