Terac is an AI-native market research platform that lets teams recruit real users, run voice interviews, and get structured insights in hours instead of weeks.
Terac
Terac helps product and consumer research teams quickly understand what real people think before they ship. Instead of stitching together panels, call scripts, and manual analysis, teams use Terac to do the full loop in one place: recruit the right participants from Terac’s own panel, run short voice interviews with an AI researcher, and receive transcripts and synthesized insights they can act on immediately. If Google is where you search the web, Terac is where you go to query human opinion.
We’ve known Zac and Jack for years and have seen them grind through hard infrastructure problems at the frontier of voice AI, memory systems, and large-scale data matching—well before it was popular. Market research is a large, durable category where AI is an obvious fit, and Terac’s early momentum with customers like DoorDash and Notion, plus thousands of completed interviews in just a few months, gave us conviction.
